In this study, carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were synthesized on large-area substrates by forming all catalyst and support layers through solution-based coating, followed by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Furthermore, the thermal resistance of the resulting CNT layers was evaluated to explore their potential application as thermal interface materials (TIMs).
