Thallium bromide (TlBr) is a gamma-ray detector material that can be operated at room temperature and is expected to have high detection efficiency. However, due to low hole mobility, a coplanar grid-type electrode with a unipolar charge sensitization method and a weighted potential gradient has been devised. In this study, unbiased operation was examined, and the signal waveform was processed using a multivariate analysis with a wave height correction method to demonstrate its effectiveness in achieving uniform charge collection efficiency.
