In this study, we have investigated the circularly polarized luminescence of chiral molecules at the single molecule level using tunnel current-induced luminescence via scanning tunneling microscopy STM. We have evaluated the differences in optical disymmetry between single molecules and clusters. Measurements of several dozen molecules revealed that the optical asymmetry factor, which indicates the difference in emission intensity between left- and right-circularly polarized light, was larger in clusters than in single molecules. This result is considered to be due to changes in the adsorption structure induced by intermolecular interactions.
