Two-dimensional (2D) semiconductors have attracted significant attention as functional materials for next-generation sensor devices due to their outstanding physical and chemical properties. Among them, molybdenum disulfide (MoS2), a representative transition metal dichalcogenide (TMDC), is considered a promising candidate for sensing applications because of its high specific surface area, excellent electrical conductivity, and surface reactivity. In this study, we report experimental results on high-performance sensing materials based on the unique properties of MoS2.
