Molecular measurements using solution-gate field-effect transistors have a limitation of Debye length. Therefore, we fabricated ITO channels consisting of molecular imprinting by a sol-gel method, which is a wet process, to directly interact with target molecules and to enable detection of target molecules without the effect of counter ions. In this presentation, we fabricated channels with multiple L-amino acids as target (template) molecules and investigated the effect of molecular templates by evaluating the response to various L-amino acids.
