The perovskite crystal CsPbBr3/Cs4PbBr6 exhibits highly efficient green photoluminescence and excellent stability in air. Moreover, photon emission with energies higher than that of the excitation light has been observed, indicating its potential application in semiconductor optical cooling. In our previous work, we reported changes in optical properties, such as a decrease in external quantum efficiency, associated with the increase in crystal size. In this study, we further investigate and report the influence of not only crystal size but also crystal shape changes on the optical properties.
