Nano light sources were freely positioned on a Cs4PbBr6-CsBr composite film by irradiating it with a high-current electron beam of 1 nA or more. In addition, CL spectroscopy was performed using a low-current electron beam of 194 pA to analyze the changes that occurred in the areas of strong irradiation. Strong irradiation was performed for 10 seconds per point in a 7 x 7 square lattice pattern. When a CL intensity map of the same field of view was obtained under low-current conditions, it was clearly confirmed that nano light sources had been generated in a square lattice pattern. However, it was also observed that some areas where strong irradiation was not activated as light sources, and it was found that the activation rate was 45%.
