InGaP solar cells are attracting attention for the underwater optical wireless power transfer because of their ability to absorb wavelengths in the visible light region. Since it has been reported that the photoelectric conversion efficiency of an InGaP single cell decreased under more than 1 W high-power laser light. In this study, an InGaP module with 9 InGaP cells were fabricated. As a result, photoelectric conversion efficiency of 30.3% was obtained under 0.25 W irradiation.
