We investigat high-harmonic generation (HHG) in amorphous Si using SALMON, an open-source calculation program based on time-dependent density functional theory. Structural disorder shortens the electron coherence time and reduces the HHG intensity. On the other hand, the spectral shape reflects short-range order and shows a similar trend to that of single-crystal Si, but differences in the plateau structure were found due to the absence of long-range order.
