Thermal conductivity measurement, which is indispensable for the evaluation of thermoelectric power generation, is difficult to ensure accuracy due to the effects of outside air and contact resistance. In this study, a one-way heat flow steady-state comparison method was used to model the measurement system by the thermal network method, and a method to correct for error factors was investigated. Through comparison with other steady-state heat flow methods such as the guard heater method, we aimed to establish a reliable measurement method even for low thermal conductivity materials.
