Photodegradation-free measurement of vitamin B2 in milk was developed using a fiber-optic duty controlled pulse photoluminescence evaluation technique. Temporal variation of the optical intensity from LED was stabirized based on a PWM technique. Photodegradation seen in the photoluminescence intensity from vitamin B2 was reduced using pulse LED light source with small duty ratio.
