To realize a multi-component simultaneous detection infrared gas sensor, it is strongly desired to construct a wavelength-space-resolved meta-surface device that can focus light at arbitrary wavelengths to arbitrary spaces. In this study, we introduce a meta-lens structure to the highly efficient photothermal conversion of meta-surfaces of MIM structures (Au-SiO2-Au nanostructures) to realize a meta-lens that can focus light at different wavelengths to different focal positions. In this presentation, we report on the analysis by time domain difference (FDTD) method and fabrication by semiconductor microfabrication technology.
