In a previous study, we proposed a data-driven partial synchrony detection method utilizing the pseudovortex model, which models the asynchronous dynamics of pairwise oscillators as the generation of pseudovortices. In this study, we propose an optimization method that autonomously determines the synchronization timescale from the dynamics data and improves the applicability of the detection method.
