We have observed surface structures of Pt deposited Ionic Liquids (IL)/Si(100) substrates with annealed under the air. The surface structures at samples were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and Atomic Force Microscope (AFM). When Pt 20 nm/IL/Si surface was annealed at 600℃ under the air, SEM image showed that the nanoparticles (size of less than 100 nm) were densely dispersed. In this study, we investigated about behavior of nanoparticles on the surface with changes the amount of Pt deposition and annealing temperature.
