To evaluate the thermal stability of the luminescence properties, we constructed a simultaneous measurement system for X-ray total scattering and luminescence properties in the temperature range from 100 K to 1073 K, at the beamline BL04B2 of SPring-8. This system can eliminate the difference in measurement conditions that occur between individual measurement data. The thermal stability of the luminescence properties can be clarified from the viewpoint of the crystal structure.
