Raman spectroscopy
Raman spectroscopy is a technique that analyzes the composition of a substance by utilizing the optical properties of scattered light (Raman scattered light) generated when the substance is irradiated with light. it has attracted attention in fields such as medicine. in this study, a fiber-optic probe-type Raman spectroscopic device was developed using light in the 1 µm wavelength range, which has high skin penetration, with the aim of evaluating elbow joint components. the Raman spectrum of calcium carbonate powder was measured.
