We have tried to perform orientation control of the inorganic layer Pb-I in the perpendicular direction to the substrate in (C4H9NH3)2(CH3NH3)Pb2I7 thin films. For the case of solvent annealing using DMF to improve the preffered orientation, there happened pinhole creation in the film. In this study, therefore, solvent annealing using antisolvent was performed. We have succeeded to improve the preffered orientation of the Pb-I layer perpendicular to the substrate without inceasing of pinholes.
