[14a-P03-1] Sterilization effect of vacuum plasma system using Pernitric acid or Plasma water

The sterilization effect in a space where a small amount of synthesized pernitric acid was put into a vacuum chamber with reduced pressure and the pernitric acid was turned into glow discharge plasma was investigated using Bacillus stearothermophilus. As a result of the experiment, the sterilization effect was confirmed by repeating the process from reduced pressure to plasma formation several times. Next, a small amount of plasma water obtained by irradiating distilled water with plasma was put into a vacuum chamber with reduced pressure, and its sterilization effect was investigated by glow discharge plasma it in the same way. In the sterilization experiment using plasma water, the sterilization effect was also found, although it was inferior to that of pernitric acid.
