Keywords:
Atmospheric pressure oxygen plasma,T cell differentiation
This study revealed that atmospheric pressure oxygen plasma irradiation induces Th1 cell differentiation of CD4+ T cells and investigated its effects on gene expression using RNA-seq analysis. Notably, it was confirmed that Th1 cell differentiation is promoted within a CT value range (ozone concentration × irradiation time) of 8–50 during plasma irradiation. This research highlights the potential application of plasma technology in developing novel treatments for allergic diseases.
