プラズマを用いた医療技術において細胞膜間電圧は細胞生存率に影響を与える要素の1つである．そこで，本研究では，低温大気圧プラズマモデルとプラズマ照射層の等価回路モデルの連成モデルを構築し解析を行った．プラズマ医療の低侵襲化に着目し，プラズマ生成の外部パラメータである電圧振幅と駆動周波数を変化させ，細胞膜間電圧の値から細胞の生存率の高い外部パラメータの範囲を推定した．
