[14a-P05-10] Superconducting Properties of BSCCO Forming Heterojunctions with Semiconductors by MOD Method

Aiming to excite Josephson plasma in BSCCO by light irradiation, we are fabricating BSCCO/semiconductor heterojunctions using the MOD method. Since it is important to optimize the process when fabricating multilayer structures, taking into account the effects of heat treatment on the lower layers, we will verify the correlation between the superconducting properties of BSCCO that forms a heterojunction with a semiconductor and the fabrication conditions.
