We are developing a highly sensitive FET biosensor using graphene. This sensor is a highly novel device that combines elements of semiconductor electronics and biotechnology. For its practical application, it is extremely important to ensure stability from an industrial point of view, because it can operate without being influenced by impurities contained in the specimen or external factors. In this talk, we will review what we have been working on, such as stable operation of devices and signal dispersion.
