For the purpose of highly sensitive and rapid detection of viruses using graphene FET arrays, we have previously reported that the introduction of positively charged polylysine onto the naturally negatively charged graphene surface neutralizes the graphene surface and improves sensitivity. In this study, we further eliminated the effect of physical adsorption of viruses by polylysine, and by varying the concentration of polylysine, we succeeded in obtaining the optimal value and maximizing the sensitivity.
