In the metastable ferroelectric phase β' of the two-dimensional layered material SnS, bulk photovoltaic effects of spatial inversion symmetry breaking have been demonstrated. In this study, we aim to identify the Curie temperature of the β' phase, which is important for device applications, by combining microscopic SHG polarization measurements and high-temperature microscopic observations.
