In this study, the evolution of the band structure of a square lattice TiO2 dielectric nanoparticle array, exhibiting both electric and magnetic surface lattice resonances in the visible region, was experimentally investigated under continuous uniaxial tensile strain. Furthermore, electromagnetic field analysis using the finite element method (FEM) was performed to comprehensively elucidate the origins of the resonance modes corresponding to each level of strain.
