3C-SiC is expected to be a next-generation material for TiO2 because of its high refractive index and low extinction coefficient over a wide wavelength range, including the near UV region. In this study, we established a fabrication method for 3C-SiC nanoantenna stickers and evaluated the optical properties of the fabricated samples, demonstrating that the emission intensity of YAG:Ce3+ is larger than that of conventional TiO2 nanoantenna stickers. The diffraction conditions of surface lattice resonance (SLR) were controlled by tensile tensioning of the sample, and the emission directivity of YAG:Ce3+ was successfully modulated.
