Using first-principles calculations based on the time-dependent density functional theory, we analyzed the spin transfer dynamics in hetero-bilayers of TMDC and graphene irradiated with a circularly polarized laser pulse. In this presentation, we will discuss the relation between the laser intensity dependence of the spin transfer and the local excited carrier density.
