A new T-shaped π conjugate molecule is synthesized and crystallized to produce an OFET. Electronic state calculation and transistor characteristics were measured. As a result of the electronic state calculation, the mobility was calculated at a maximum of 14.6 cm2/Vs, suggesting that it was a high mobility material for organic semiconductor. However, the average mobility of the transistor is 1.2 cm2/Vs. As a result of temperature dependence measurement, charge transport by hopping mechanism of the transistor is suggested.
