Substrates with zero reflectance at specific wavelengths can be applied for visualizing ultra-thin films. However, structures with Au thin films on the surface face challenges such as limitations in film thickness and stability. In this study, non-reflective multilayer substrates with organic monolayer adhesive layers were developed. Using MPTMS as the organic monolayer improved the adhesion strength of the Au thin film and ensured thermal stability. This method is useful for observing structural changes in nanostructures induced by heating and holds potential for further applications.
