Compton imaging has a wide range of applications in medical imaging. However, traditional
Compton imaging requires complex algorithms and considerable computational time, limiting its practicality and realtime applications such as intra-operative imaging. We propose a novel reconstruction-free method using double photon emission nuclides and validate its performance through Geant4 simulations. The demonstrated image shows clear separation of the three different source locations for 43 K point sources without reconstruction process.
