In Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT), a real-time neutron and gamma-ray measurement method is required. In a previous work, the measurement system of thermal neutron flux and gamma-ray dose was developed by the combination of an ionization chamber and LiCAF scintillator. However, the perturbation of the scintillator affected by the chamber was a problem. In this study, we manufactured fiber insertable ionization chamber and conducted irradiation tests.
