In this research, we propose a transmittance modulation metamaterial in the THz band that integrates a MEMS-driven cantilever and a metamaterial, fabricate static mesh-type metamaterials with cantilevers as an electrical contact that simulates the Off/On state, and evaluate the THz wave response.
