The electromagnetic field enhancement effect induced by localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) is closely related to the plasmon dephasing time. Metal-insulator-metal (MIM) structures are known for their strong optical absorption and high electromagnetic field enhancement; however, their near-field spectral properties and dephasing dynamics remain insufficiently understood. In this study, we investigated the near-field spectral characteristics and dephasing dynamics of Au nanoperiodic structures fabricated on Al2O3/ Au substrates through experimental measurements and electromagnetic simulations.
