In this study, we investigated the effect of the deposition conditions of the upper metal electrode on iodine migration in perovskite solar cells. Solar cells with a photoelectric conversion layer of CH3NH3PbI3 were fabricated and evaluated under conditions where the deposition rate of the upper electrode was changed. As a result, we found that the electrode deposition conditions affect the migration of iodine from the perovskite layer.
