[14p-P08-10] Effect of Top Electrode Vapor Deposition on Iodine Migration in Perovskite Solar Cells

In this study, we investigated the effect of the deposition conditions of the upper metal electrode on iodine migration in perovskite solar cells. Solar cells with a photoelectric conversion layer of CH₃NH₃PbI₃ were fabricated and evaluated under conditions where the deposition rate of the upper electrode was changed. As a result, we found that the electrode deposition conditions affect the migration of iodine from the perovskite layer.
