Two-dimensional crystalline layers have been investigated as passivation layers to enhance the photovoltaic performance and stability of perovskite solar cells. Here, we investigated the photovoltaic properties and dynamic changes of the crystals of perovskite solar cells under light irradiation and high temperature conditions. It was found that the two-dimensional crystalline layer disappears under light irradiation and high temperature. In this presentation, we report the disappearance process of the two-dimensional crystals and its effect on the photovoltaic properties.
