We developed anchor-free polymeric hole transporting material (HTM) by utilizing thiol-yne reaction. By mixing tris(4-ethynylphenyl)amine and 1,3,5-benzenetrithiol in room temperature, reaction takes place very immediately and polymers are formed. It is also possible to import various functional groups into the polymer network or to tune HOMO level of the polymers. When the spin-coated polymers are annealed, an insoluble membrane is formed, enabling the coating of other layers onto the HTM layer, which has no anchor groups. A power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 15.1% was achieved in inversed lead perovskite solar cell using this HTM.
