NanoTerasu generates synchrotron radiation X-rays 1 billion times brighter than the Sun. As many as 150 companies 10 universities and national laboratories started the utilization in April 2024. Industry-academia co-creation is accelerating in various fields such as energy, semiconductors, and the environment. Dramatic improvements in light source performance have led to the fusion of nanoscale visualization of material functions with data science and AI fields, by exceeding the question of "can it be measured?" toward the solving problem.
