[15a-K209-3] Radiation frequency-region and frequency-modulation-bandwidth in bowtie-typed Josephson plasma emitters

In this talk, we will present a new JPE device with a bow-tie antenna and compare its oscillation characteristics with those of previously reported bow-tie antenna devices and devices without antennas. In this study, we will focus on the spectrum linewidth and frequency modulation spectrum in the absence of modulation, rather than the oscillation intensity and frequency, which have been the focus of attention in the past, and will consider them from the perspective of nonlinear optical phenomena.
