In this study, we quantitatively evaluated the Sat-O2-DR characteristics depending on the thickness and refractive index of each skin layer based on Monte Carlo Simulation (MCS), and applied partial least squares regression (PLS) to the spectral reflectance obtained from cuff compression experiments to obtain the Sat-O2-DR characteristics.By applying partial least squares regression (PLS) to the spectral reflectance obtained from cuff compression experiments, and by applying the skin parameter estimation formulas obtained by preliminary MCS to the results, we tried to estimate various skin parameters.
