Hybrid quantum wells were successfully prepared by incorporating cyclic aromatic organic semiconductors such as naphthalene and anthracene into the organic layer of lead bromide-based layered perovskites. The formation of weakly coupled hybrid exciton was confirmed in the hybrid quantum wells.
