In this presentation, we report on the development of encapsulation films aimed at improving the water resistance of implantable organic photovoltaics. To overcome the flexibility limitations of conventional silicon-based devices, we focused on stretchable organic photovoltaics and evaluated the water resistance performance of encapsulation films with both high water resistance and stretchability. This study demonstrates the effectiveness of encapsulation technology that combines water resistance and stretchability, marking progress toward the practical application of implantable photovoltaics.
