Josephson parametric amplifier (JPA) is a low-noise microwave amplifier that operates at ultra-low temperatures. Miniaturization of JPAs is required to integrate superconducting qubits further. To this end, we propose to realize an impedance-matched JPA using only lumped circuit elements. In this presentation, we will discuss the circuit design of the JPA and provide experimental results of the amplifier’s characteristics at ultra-low temperatures.
