[15a-K506-7]Cross-polarized light in broadband visible light using Al plasmonic metasurfaces

We conducted research with the aim of realizing an aluminum plasmonic metasurface that generates cross-polarized light over a wide visible light band. Using the rigorous coupling wave of analysis (RCWA) method, we confirmed that cross-polarized light with a reflectance of up to 73% can be achieved when circularly polarized light with an incident wavelength of 400 nm to 550 nm is incident on an elliptical cylindrical structure.
