光通信のさらなる大容量化実現のためには，光回路の小型化，低コスト化が重要であり，近年は光メタサーフェスの光回路への応用が報告されている．本報告では，光回路の大幅な小型化及び光通信用半導体デバイスへの集積のため，シミュレーションによるInP光メタサーフェスの設計及び光回路機能の検証結果を示す．
