Optical diffraction tomography is an application of tomography techniques to digital holography, and is capable of measuring the three-dimensional refractive index distribution of transparent samples. In this experiment, we constructed an optical diffraction tomography using four-stage parallel phase-shifting optical system, and examined its effectiveness.
