[15a-K508-2] Digital ghost holography using the parallel phase-shifting optical system

In measurement technology using a single-pixel detector, we investigated a method for measuring complex amplitude by applying ghost imaging to a digital holography optical system. Using a parallel phase-shifting method, we reconstructed the amplitude and phase distributions of a microlens array and a USAF resolution test target, identifying the need for improved accuracy. Future work will focus on developing an optical system with disturbance resistance and a common optical path.
