Polarization information is useful for material property evaluation and biological researches. Previously, we have developed a method to generate a high-density polarization-structured spot array which contains alternatively arranged horizontal and vertical linear polarization spots. In this study, we extended the method to create high-density alternating arrays of right- and left-handed circularly polarized spots, and we confirmed the basic function of the method experimentally.
