We report the successful realization of orientation and rotational control of twisted bipole microspheres fabricated from chiral π-conjugated polymers by irradiation with polarized laser light. When exposed to various polarizations, the microspheres exhibited alignment under linearly polarized light and left-handed rotation under left-elliptically polarized light. These phenomena are attributed to the interaction between the polarized light and the chiral supramolecular structure inherent within the microspheres. This study highlights the potential application of these microspheres as novel light-driven micromotors.
