BL6N1 of Aichi Synchrotron Radiation Center (AichiSR) is a tender X-ray beamline, in which X-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) spectroscopy and X-ray photoemission spectroscopy (XPS) can be measured. If the measurement chamber is filled with 1 atm He gas, XAFS measurement can be performed under the ambient pressure condition. In my talk, the charasteristics of BL6N1 will be described in detail, and then I will talk about the features of AichiSR facility from my point of view.
