We held an online science festival for young people using the Zoom meeting system. The scale was the same as the face-to-face festival, and it was held in Hokkaido over six days in 2021 and 2022, including children in non-urban areas. We devised a staff allocation that suited the wide range of demonstration, filming, and communication skills of the instructors. It was held in three formats: workshops, laboratory tours and observations, and science shows. We will describe and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of holding it online.
